Die Geister, die ich rief – ich verlangte nach über 100 Einsendungen, nachdem wir im April schon ganz knapp an der magischen dreistelligen Marke gescheitert waren. Ihr habt Euch nicht lange bitten lassen und den Mai unglaublich grün werden lassen. Es sind so viele tolle Rezepte zusammengekommen, dass ich allein ein grünes Kochbuch machen könnte. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür!

123 Rezepte fanden im Mai den Weg als Einreichung – eine unglaubliche Masse. So viel, dass es schlicht nicht mehr funktioniert, zu jedem Rezept ein persönliches Statement zu schreiben. Ich hoffe, dass Ihr mir dies nachseht. So werde ich der Masse wenigstens ein wenig Herr – alles andere würde einen Vollzeitjob bedeuten. Danke auch an Sonja, die die Rezepte für mich zusammengefasst und mir damit sehr geholfen hat.
